Some of the things that I love to do for “Me Time” is a visit to the spa; whether it’s for a massage, a facial, or manicure and pedicures. You’d be surprise what a little self pampering will do for your spirit, soul, and body. There are several health benefits to getting facials and massages, too that many people are unaware of. That’s for another post. Depending on your financial situation, some of the things above may not fit into the family budget; however, there are so many things that you can do to create your own “Me Time” that doesn’t have to hurt your wallet. For example, one of my favorite “Me Time” is when my husband is with the kids for several hours in the day and I just go to my bedroom and lock myself in there with a great book, magazines, or even my laptop. A few hours alone in the comfort of my own bedroom is just as refreshing sometimes as going out for some of the spa treatments that I mentioned. The key is to create your “Me Time” and make it a regular ritual.
Go Ahead & Be Selfish! Schedule some “Me Time.”

You are so right! This is the second time today that I've come across encouragement in this area. I believe that God is saying something to me about this. I need to plan this and actually do it instead of just acknowledging that it's a good idea. Thanks for being God's vessel of confirmation to me today.
